A reasonable question to ask is why another Blogg about food preparation and or cooking. - well simply put I have found that man (woman) does not live by Gourmet cooking alone. So the objective here is to look into and discuss those dishes that don't qualify for the exalted title of Gourmet, but really taste good and are truly enjoyable. The food that sticks to your ribs.
I should also note that the recipes presented here are sized for two adults, usually with an accompanying side dish or salad.
